SPCA 2007 Calendar NewCity is working closely with Roanoke Valley SPCA to create their new website. One of our main goals for the redesigned site is to create an attractive visual identity for the SPCA. A key feature of the site is an intuitive animal gallery that will make it easier for the public to identify and select SPCA animals for adoption.

Speak up.
